1 General Terms & Applicability

2 Account Registration & Use

To join ba9, you must register with accurate and complete information. Registration with false or incomplete details may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts and balances will be permanently suspended.

• The name, phone number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, ba9 may request a national ID, passport, or other identity documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawals.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the ba9 platform. Use by minors is strictly prohibited. Parents and guardians are urged to ensure that minors cannot access ba9.

• During registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Ba9 may request government-issued ID at any time for age verification purposes.
• Access to the platform is not permitted from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• If a user is found to be a minor, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits on ba9 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests will not be processed without it.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500, and a maximum daily deposit limit applies.
